About Our Group
Our international group of Mentoring Professionals, Workshop Facilitators and Professionally Accredited Finance Brokers, now known as Australian Mentoring and Finance Centre (AMFC), was established in 2000 to provide ‘hands-on’ mentoring services to business operators who consistently didn’t have the resources or support from other professional services.
Our professional group has a long history of Business Management in the Corporate and Small Business Sectors, both nationally within Australia and internationally, and provide a full range of services.
We cater for two specific groups of business operators and these are;
- Small to Larger Small Businesses (Mentoring, Business Workshops, Finance) -these are typically ‘mums & dads’ businesses where they are predominantly owned and operated by the same people, less than 75 staff and less than $5mill turnover.
- Larger Small to Medium Businesses (Business Systems, Business Workshops, Finance) -these are typically businesses that are predominantly owned and operated locally, less than 200 staff and less than $10mill turnover.

Our primary focus is to bring about change in a business. We do this by focusing on the areas that need to change for the owners and operators of the business to reach their goals.
In addition to this, we assist people to increase their knowledge and business skills along with ensuring that the businesses they buy and sell, are done in a way that best suits them.

In addition to this, we act as an advocate to any dispute resolution needed between Body Corporate Managers and the Body Corporate Committee.
- Businesses for Sale: Often the process of selling a business is stifled by the way a business is presented. We assist many people ‘make their business ready for sale’ so that the best price in the quickest time can be achieved. We do this in several ways and includes working with the Business Broker you have engaged to sell the business for you.

In many instances, our Clients wish to stay with their current banker and we prepare proposals and submissions on their behalf to ensure they get the financial support they need.
