The following list provides a simple overview of the types of workshops we facilitate [some in consultation and utilising guest speakers for certain industries to ensure you get them most from the workshop] in a group setting and on a one-one-one scenario.

  • Essential Business Techniques – designed for anyone who wants to run a success small business and focuses on the pitfalls of buying versus the start-up business process along with basic business principles for business planning, financial analysis, marketing & sales growth strategies, legal and taxation strategies, and much more.
  • Management Rights – designed for those wishing to buy management rights or those who are already involved and want to improve the outcomes they are getting.
    The workshop focuses on Letting [getting the most from your letting pool, retention of your letting pool, external marketing & referral sources etc], Building Maintenance [Programmed versus reactive maintenance – what is the difference, proven maintenance programs for implementation, building relationships with contractors, legal compliance], Relationship Management [with Body Corporate Managers, Committee, Trades people, and referral sources], Legal & Taxation Governance [including WHS&E, IR, IP Contractors requirements, understanding your legal obligations, correct insurance coverage etc].
  • Buying or Starting a Business – focusing on the pitfalls of buying or staring a business, looking at the basics of business, where to start once due diligence is done and the myths of selling a business including understanding business valuation techniques.
